Whether it's a cabaret, a coffee morning, a wedding reception, or staging a pantomime, the main hall can handle it all, as well as indoor bowls, football, children's parties, table-top sales - you name it.

The Main Hall's dimensions are 10.5M x 16.5M - large enough to meet any requirement, and there are ample chairs and tables available for all attendees. The Hall is heated by a hot-air system, which can be supplemented by infra-red heaters if required.

Access is via the main entrance but there are 2 double-door emergency exits, which allow for easy access from the spacious car-park when setting up. The Hall also boasts ceiling fans, a DMX-controlled lighting system and P.A. New curtains and a sprung-wooden floor make this a perfect venue for special occasions as well as for regular users. Drapes can also be fitted to add atmosphere (see photos, above).

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a party of 120 people and we have a quota of licences, in conjunction with the Royal Oak so can be open from 9am-midnight (later by arrangement). You can bring your own drinks and use the kitchen facilities for your own catering.

The Kingsmill Room can provide a 'break-out' room but is also available to hire independently for smaller gatherings, meetings, classes, etc.

Outside

We have two full size football pitches that, in the summer, become one commodious cricket pitch in a classic English village setting.  There are goalposts, nets etc. included with the hire and use of the purpose-built changing rooms with showers. The pitches are available for hire – and not just for football or cricket - with 16 and 13 amp external power available for Bouncy Castles, marquees, etc. that need to be placed on the field.

Users are welcome to use the hall and the verandah with views of all the action outside, plus facilities for the tea and sandwich makers.

To top it off, there is the fabulous children's playground for 2-12 year olds! Mandy's Play Park is always open to locals and their  guests. For the slightly braver souls, the zip-wire could be a temptation that proves hard to resist!
