The Village Hall Events Team has been listening. We’ve heard from a number of residents who find it difficult to book tickets online, and we want to make sure our events are accessible to everyone in the community.
A New Way to Book
From now on, a contact telephone number will be provided for each event. If you’re unable to book online, simply call the number listed and reserve your place that way — payment can then be made in person.

Why Booking in Advance Matters
As a small volunteer team, knowing how many people to expect is really important to us. It helps us plan seating, tables, catering, bar stock, staffing, and all the little details that make for an enjoyable evening — so please do let us know you’re coming, whichever way suits you best.
Please note that online booking closes 24 hours before each event to give us time to finalise preparations.
